If you are returning items due to change of mind, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

You must inform us beforehand about the return / exchange via E-mail or by leaving a post on board.

State clearly what you are returning and the reasons why you are returning these items.

For exchange, state in details which item you want to exchange it with, including size, color and options.

If you're writing about the defected items, please attach photos. (1 picture of damaged part, 1 picture of item as a whole)

As you all know, in case of wrong sent / defected items, we bear the returning shipping cost.

Since many don't accept COD (cash on delivery) for parcels sent abroad, you will be asked to pay for them.

After posting the parcel, please attach a scan or a clear picture of the receipt to get a refund.

Include a note in the parcel with your order number, it will help our staff to easily identify the item.

I recommend shipping it with the national post office and if there is any customs charged because you sent the parcel with a different posting company, you will have to bear the costs.

Also, please put the value lower than USD100.
